The precision of our equipment allows us to work with tolerances of less than 0.1 mm, which guarantees maximum precision in all measures.

The laser cutting is a procedure of thermal division for the treatment of metal sheets. The laser beam is generated in the source or resonator, and it's guided with a mirror towards the nozzle of the head, where a lens concentrates a ray of very small and powerful diameter on the sheet, which melts the material.
This technology offers important advantages in the treatment and processing of metal sheets:

In CO2 lasers, a gas mixture generates the beam to the resonator by means of semiconductor exciter modules that are free from wear. It is the most suitable technology for universal use in different materials and thicknesses.
The cutting is done by fusion and sublimation, using high pressure gas to remove the remains of molten material from the cutting area. First, the starting point of the cut is heated to the melting point, then a jet of gas removes the melt from the edge by sublimation, avoiding the need to raise the temperature of the material.


Folding and bending machines

We have several folding press breaks, all operated by numerical control highly by trained and experienced professionals. The equipments software allows the automation of processes for large series, which achieve to reduce the unproductive times and thus reduce costs, which allows us to impact the saving on the final price. The maximum folding dimensions are 4 meters of length and 12 mm of thickness. (In the case of large thicknesses, the maximum length may be reduced).

These are machines specially designed for folding metal sheets. The force is transmitted vertically from two hydraulic pistons to the punching tool, which inlays the sheet into the matrix, to the exact point of folding required by the type of workpiece configuration.


The numerical control allows a high degree of automation, as well as an unbeatable precision in sizes and folding angles.
The software allows computers to program any bending sequence automatically, making production more accurate, and a faster and more efficient series production.

Welding is a fastening procedure whereby two or more pieces are bonded together. The parts are fused by adding a filler, which has a lower melting point than the material of the pieces, which upon cooling becomes a strong bond. To form the joint between two pieces of metal, an electric arc is usually used. Fusion welds are generally made by direct contact with a tool or hot gas.


SMAW (electrode): It is a manual process that uses a permanent tungsten electrode, an inert gas and a filler material. It is characterized by a stable arc and a high quality weld. Requires highly qualified staff
GMAW (wire): This method is similar to the previous one, but the electrode is continuous and consumable. It is characterized by its balance between speed and quality.
Resistència (by points, ERW): it consists of passing an electric current of great intensity through the metals to be joined. Thus, there is an increase in temperature at the juncture. Taking advantage of this energy and with a little pressure, a union with almost imperceptible marks is achieved. Suitable for plates between 0.5 and 3 mm.
